On October 8, 2018, the Demopolis Police Department arrested Richard Irvin Hester, B/M age 37, of Demopolis, Alabama for the following charges:
Two (2) Count of Distribution of a Controlled Substance
One (1) Count of Violation of a Protection order
One (1) Count of Failure to Obey a Police Officer
He was processed and later transported to the Marengo County Detention Center waiting a Bond Hearing.
