On February 12, 2020, the Demopolis Police Department arrested Andrew D. Ervins, B/M age 35, of Demopolis, Alabama for the following charges:
One (1) Count of Terrorist Threat
One (1) Count of Resiting Arrest
One (1) Count of Failure to Obey Police Officer
One (1) Count of Contempt of Court
One (1) Count of Disorderly Conduct/Disturbing Peace
He was processed and later transported to the Marengo County Detention Center waiting a Bond Hearing.
