Theft Arrest

On 05/26/2016, the Demopolis Police Department arrested Shasman Wallace, B/M, age 21, of Uniontown, Al., and charged with Theft of Property in the Third Degree a Class D Felony.
He was employed as a cashier at Advance Auto Parts but during his employment he assisted another subject in taking a assorted items out of the store and charged them to a local business. DPD Officials said that the other person involved has not been arrested but a warrant will be obtained for his arrest.
Wallace was processed and transported the Marengo County Detention Center for a Bond Hearing.
