On 06/03/2016, the Demopolis Police Department arrested Rayshawn Winn, B/M, age 34, of Demopolis, Alabama for the following charges:
1. Assault 2nd Degree
2. Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree
3. Resisting Arrest
4. Disarming a Law Enforcement Officer
This arrest came after Rayshawn Winn had been previously trespassed from the Demopolis Housing Auth. When an Officer approached him to place him under arrest he resisted and tried to disarm the Officer. The Officer was injured during the struggle but the suspect was taken into to custody and will now face some serious felony charges.
