On 07/01/2016, Guillermo Ortiz, Jr., H/M, age 29, of Pharr, Texas, was arrested after a traffic stop on Hwy 80. During the traffic DPD Officers ran his driver's license and found an active warrant out of Vernon, CA. for Vehicular Manslaughter While DUI. He was arrested on the warrant and later transported to the Marengo County Detention Center to await extradition.
