On September 19, 2016, the Demopolis Police Department Criminal Investigations Division arrested and charged another person iinvolved with the arsons that occurred in Demopolis, Alabama. Lamar James Kirk, B/M, age 19 of Jefferson, Alabama for the following charges:
One (1) Count of Arson in the 2rd Degree
One (1) Count of Breaking an Entering of Vehicle
One (1) of Criminal Trespass in 1st Degree
He was processed and transported the Marengo County Detention Center for a Bond Hearing.
