On June 19, 2017, the Demopolis Police Department executed a Search Warrant at 171 Starmont Road in Gallion, Alabama. Upon entering the residence Officers located thirty-three (33) long guns and six (6) handguns. Warren Kelly Hawkins, W/M, age 50 of Gallion, Alabama was arrested and charged with Certain Persons Forbidden to Possess a Firearm. Hawkins has been previously convicted of Involuntary Manslaughter in the State of Texas.
He was processed and later transported the Marengo County Detention Center for a Bond Hearing.
