On June 25, 2017, the Demopolis Police Department arrested Nicole Marie Roberts, W/F, age 46 of Demopolis, Alabama for Escape in the Second Degree. Her arrested came after she was being processed at Police Headquarters for Theft of Property in the 4th Degree when she took off running from the buidling. She was captured near Jefferson Street.
She was transported the Marengo County Detention Center for a Bond Hearing.
