On July, 5, 2017, the Demopolis Police Department arrested James Derrick Robinson, W/M age 53 of Gallion, Alabama on a Federal Grand Jury Indictment from the United State District Court of the Southern District of Alabama. Robinson was indicted on the following charges:
Receipt of Child Pornography
Access With Intent To View Child Pornography
Possession Of Child Pornography
He was transported to the Marengo County Detention Center and later transported by DPD Investigators to Mobile, Alabama.
