On August 20, 2017, the Demopolis Police Department arrested Joshua Antonio Fountain, B/M, age 26 of Demopolis, Alabama for One (1) Count of Buglary In The Third Degree. His arrest came after an Officer were flagged down by a home owner who stated that someone had broken into his residence and was still there. Officers went into the residence and located Fountain hiding in the closet.
He was arrested, processed and later transported the Marengo County Detention Center for a Bond Hearing.
