On December 28, 2017, the Demopolis Police Department arrested Reginald Lance Tierce, W/M, age 27 of Berry, Alabama for One (1) Count of Theft of Property in the 3rd Degree.
Also arrested was Amy Renee Jones, W/F, age 39 of Berry, Alabama for One (1) Count of Theft of Property 3rd Degree.
These arrests came after Officers responded to a shoplifting call at Wal-Mart where these subjects had placed numerous items in backpacks to steal from the store.
Both were processed and transported to the Marengo county Detention Center for a Bond Hearing.
