On January 6, 2018, the Demopolis Police Department arrested Michael Moses Brown, B/M, age 28 of Demopolis, Alabama for One (1) Count of Assault (Use of Pepper Spray).
His arrest came after Officers responded to a fight in progress at the Dollar General Store Demopolis, Alabama. Upon Officers arrival they were advised that Brown and another male subject had got into a altercation and this is when Brown sprayed pepper spray on the other subject.
He was processed and transported to the Marengo County Detention Center for a Bond Hearing.
