On April 18, 2018, the Demopolis Police Special Response Team (SWAT) executed a Search Warrant at a residence in the French Creek area arresting Korey Ramono James, B/M, age 23 of Gallion, Alabama for the following charges:
1. One (1) Count of Robbery in the Second Degree
2. One (1) Count of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance
3. One (1) Count of Possession of Marijuana First Degree
Officers also found an automatic weapon inside of bedroom where James was located.
James was processed and later transported the Marengo County Dentention to await a Bond Hearing.
