On July 2, 2018, the Demopolis Police Department arrested Dominick Tarvarus Smith, B/M age 32, of Demopolis, Alabama for the following charges:
Three (3) Count of Distribution of a Controlled Substance
One (1) Count of Marijuana-Possess
and Resisting Arrest.
He was processed and later transported the Marengo County Detention Center of a Bond.
