On August 10,2018, the Demopolis Police Department arrested Samuel Patrick Gracey, B/M age 29, of Demopolis, Alabama for following charges:
One (1) Count of Resisting Arrest
One (1) Count of Failing to Appear (Traffic)
One (1) Count of Marijuana-Possess
He was processed and later transported to the Marengo County Detention Center waiting of a Bond Hearing.
