On January 20, 2019, the Demopolis Police Department arrested Karen Owsley, W/F age 24, of Gallion, Alabama for the following charge:
One (1) Count of Theft of Property First Degree
She was processed and later transported to the Marengo County Detention Center waiting a Bond Hearing.
