On February 20, 2019, the Demopolis Police Department arrested Wendy Nicole Horne, W/F age 45, of Brookwood, Alabama for the following charges:
One (1) Count of Theft of Property First Degree
One (1) Count of Contempt of Court
She was processed and later transported to the Marengo County Detention Center waiting a Bond Hearing.
