On May 11, 2019, the Demopolis Police Departemnt arrested Kenneth Spears, B/M age 49, of Demopolis, Alabama for the following charges:
One (1) Count of Burglary Third Degree
One (1) Count of Attepting to Elude a Police Officer
One (1) Count of Drug Paraphernalia-2nd Offense
He was processed and later transported to the Marengo County Detention Center waiting a Bond Hearing.
