On July 16,2019, the Demopolis Police Department arrested Harold Jeffrey Spears, B/M age 58, of Uniontown, Alabama for the following charges:
One (1) Count of Possession of a Controlled Substance
One (1) Count of Possession of Marijuana Second Degree
One (1) Count of Drug Paraphernalia-1st Offense
He was processed and later transported to the Marengo County Detention Center waiting a Bond Hearing.
