On September 1,2019, Demopolis Police Officers arrested Steven Craig Smyly, 56, of Linden,Al for Felony DUI, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Carrying a Concealed Weapon without a permit. He was processed and transported to the Marengo County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.
