On December 8, 2019, the Demopolis Police Department arrested Ricardo Carlos Boone, B/M age 26, of Gallion, Alabama for the following charges:
One (1) Count Attempting to Elude a Police Officer
One (1) Count of Assault Second Degree
One (1) Count of Reckless Driving
One (1) Fail Stop Sign
He was processed and later transported to the Marengo County Detention Center waiting a Bond Hearing. He also have four more charges: Speeding reasonable and Prudent; Run Red Light; Fail to Yield Right of way; and Reckless Endangerment.
